ST. LOUIS- The suspect in a deadly shooting at a rooftop bar in downtown St. Louis has surrendered to police.
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that Scotty Joseph Lee is being held without bail. He devoted himself up early Wednesday.
Prosecutors filed a warrant Tuesday charging him with first-degree slaying, assault and two armed criminal action counts. No lawyer is listed for him in online tribunal records.
Police tell several hundred people were on the rooftop level of the Budweiser Brew House at Ballpark Village Sunday night, when Lee and another man get in a shoving match. Thirty-eight-year-old Corey Hall, who was a spectator, was killed when gunfire erupted. Another man was wounded.
The bar is opposite Busch Stadium, home of the Cardinals, who were playing in Pittsburgh at the time.
